As a self-taught artist I have for the past 30 years been working almost exclusively in the medium of glass.  Those fascinations, and my inquisitive nature all drove me to become an artist, and they are what drive me to this day.

Glass is steeped in history.  It has five thousand years of tradition, and I am attempting to push that tradition into the 21st century, making an indelible mark on the visual landscape.

I am influenced by nature, architecture and traditional art forms.  My art is as equally influenced by Monet or Chagall as it is by a summer sunset or a crashing wave.

My medium does what no other can:  it can transfer light.  In a way I paint with light.  I use the seductive surface of the glass to bend and shape light to my will.  In the studio I choreograph a ballet of movement, of thought translated into physical form.

My forms are organic, yet filled with technical prowess and traditional skill.  My sculptures engage the viewer and capture the imagination with color, motion and depth.

I have been blessed to be able to share this vision with collectors from around the world, adding more than a beautiful object to their space, but also a window into a world of stunning beauty.
